Framed | Unframed Art Print | Watercolour Peaches
Framed | Unframed Art Print | Watercolour Peaches
Framed or unframed A4 prints.
The print is originally the live painting of four peaches I was going to eat.
It was a summer night in 2021. I was cutting fruits to put them into boiling water to make sweet soup (please don't judge my taste and cooking XD). It was finally the peaches' turn to get cut, but I was so amazed and appealed by their lovely colour and sweet aroma that I decided to preserve that moment in a painting. After I was done with the painting, the food that was put in the boiling pot earlier was cooked. So I enjoyed some sweet soup without peaches.
Therefore I wrote on the painting:
'Hungry'[(faked) red stamp]
'Peaches for cooking soup. Soup is almost ready but [the peaches] are still not in the pot. They look so lovely.'
Japanese washi paper has been selected to imitate the texture and bleeding effect of the original work.
The wooden frame comes with tempered glass.
